Sandye Taylor is the Senior Vice President & Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at BMI. Passionate about supporting women in leadership and energy and currently serving on the Advisory Board of the Greater Houston Women's Chamber, Executive group of Women in Energy and Advisory Board of the Texas Energy Council.
Madhuri Kumar, Ph.D. has built her career on bold trades, across diverse industries - from energy to healthcare to technology, from GE Oil & Gas and Halliburton to ChampionX and Signify Health - partnering with CEOs and CHROs through succession, culture transformation, and talent strategy at major inflection points. Today she is in her fifth transformation role as Global Head of Talent & Culture at OXEA and serves on the board of Avenue360 Health & Wellness. She holds a Ph.D. in Training & Performance Improvement and one unshakeable conviction: the boldest careers are the non-obvious ones and every woman deserves the tools to build one.
