Stephanie Cox serves as a Director for both public and private Boards and knows what it takes to lead at the highest levels globally. Stephanie has held positions as the Executive President, Global Operations and CEO Americas at Wood Group, CHRO and President of North America and Asia at SLB. As a trusted advisor and executive coach, Stephanie supports companies and executives as they navigate complex challenges and helps them bring out their best performance.

Angie Morgan

Angie Morgan is a Marine Corps Veteran, NY Times Best-Selling Author, and holds an MBA from Michigan’s Ross School of Business. Angie’s worked inside the world’s best businesses and knows how to help you discover the missing link that will accelerate your success. As an entrepreneur, executive coach, and professional speaker, Angie helps leaders think creatively, lean into discomfort, and drive results.

Program Dates

AIM will begin accepting applications on September 15, 2024. Below is a timeline for key program dates:

Pre-Program

  • Application window: September 15 - October 31st
  • Application acceptance announced on a rolling basis
  • Complete cohort announcement: November 15

Program

(3) Live Mastermind Sessions from 2:00 - 5:00 pm CT,
followed with a happy hour reception

(3) Virtual Leadership Development Sessions from 2:00 - 5:00 pm CT

1:1 Executive Coaching with both Stephanie and Angie
  • Begins on January 16

Fee & Application Process

The AIM cohort will comprise of a diverse group of 20 professionals with C and V-Suite experience. Sponsoring companies can only send one leader from their business to the cohort.

Professionals Signing Up for the Take AIM Program

The fee for AIM is $12,000 and includes:

  • Live Mastermind sessions including happy hours
  • Facilitated group coaching
  • Private 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Executive wardrobe consultation
  • Monthly gifts of inspiration
